Which is the best affiliate program? Share your story?

I am an affiliate marketer and has been working with the best Affiliate Marketing program name SITE BUILD IT from last one year. I would be really interested to hear from my colleagues who are working online someway or the other to make money with affiliate program. I’ve been trying to build a site with Site Build It for about a year now. My problem is I can’t stay focused on building it. As far as the affiliate program goes, I think it is a good one but just like anything else online, you have to be able to promote it to make any money.

I have had some success promoting another affiliate program in Telecom. I make almost $100 per month in residual commissions right now but I used to spend that much with Google Adwords every month to get to this point. I’ve stopped the Google Adwords right now to focus on some other things.

I’ve done some article marketing, which has raised my rankings in the search engines but still not on page one yet for good keywords. I have two keywords on page 2, so I’ve recently hired some guys at oDesk.com to build some backlinks for me. If I can get a few keywords on page 1, I’ll be very happy.

Now back to your question. What is the best affiliate program?

Even though I have just started promoting it and have not got it all set up properly yet, I believe Chris Farrell’s program is best, at least for beginners or people like me who have had a taste of what it’s like to earn a few dollars and want to achieve more.

Here’s why. The link below leads to 26 free videos which help explain how to build a web business. He explains how to get a website up and running using a squeeze page and an auto-responder. Now here’s where it gets interesting. I’ve known for quite some time about auto-responders, however I’ve always wondered what in the world I would say to people with an auto-responder. They don’t work by themselves. You have to have messages to send to people.

So what Chris has done is created one year’s worth of messages which you can copy into an aweber account and use as your own. Of course, they promote his membership site, but since you earn 50% commission, I think that is fair enough.

Since his affiliate program is maintained by Clickbank, you don’t have to sign up for his membership to become an affiliate but you do have to sign up if you want his auto-responder email messages. Again, I think that is fair.

Oh, another thing is you can re-brand his ebook and give it away as a free gift. He teaches more in his free gifts than some internet marketers teach altogether.
