my college has a club that is affiliated with the american marketing association (AMA) my major is marketing?
my college has a club that is affiliated with the american marketing association (AMA) my major is marketing. I was wondering if i should join this club of course there is a fee to join i understand this would look great on resumes but i am not sure if should join. I mean what benefits are there to joining this club other than that it would look great on a resume?
There might be benefits of finding employment through the club’s resources. Usually it’s a faculty member who’s in charge so they have the right connections to industry. So it all depends on how organized and active the club is. Listing the club itself on a resume to a random job application would not achieve anything.
